●発送地域について
→日本国内のみとなります。
(International shipping is not available.)

●配送先住所について
→ 番地や建物名、部屋番号の記入忘れが多発しているため、ご注文完了前に必ず配送先の住所を確認して下さい。
(Please be sure to check your delivery address before completing your order, as many customers forget to enter their street address or building name, room number.)

●購入数について
→制限があるものでも1度のご購入での上限のため、発送後の再購入は大丈夫です◎
（Quantity limit is per purchase. Re-purchase is possible after shipment.）

●メールアドレスについて
→万が一の際、日中にご連絡が取れるメールアドレスをご登録下さい。
（Please register an e-mail address where I can contact you during the daytime in case of emergency.）

●お問い合わせについて
→CONTACTまたはショップへのお問い合わせより直接メールをお送り下さい。恐れ入りますが、混同を避けるためにminneのメッセージやInstagramのDMからのお問い合わせには対応出来ませんので予めご了承下さい。
（If you have any questions, please contact me via CONTACT with your name and order ID.
I cannot reply to inquiries about BASE via minne messages or Instagram DMs.）

●ご購入後について
→BASEから送信されるメールや購入履歴をお控え下さい。
システム上、販売者側から個別にメッセージを送信することが出来ないため、ご購入に問題がない場合を除きこちらからのメールでのご連絡は差し上げておりません。
発送の際、追跡番号と共にメールで通知致します。
（Please note the email sent from BASE and your purchase history.
Due to the system's inability to send individual messages from the seller, I will not contact you by e-mail unless there is a problem with your purchase.
I will notify you via email when the package is shipped, along with a tracking number.）

●再販と受注について
→販売日時をご確認ください。基本的に受注制作はしていません。
例外として受注する場合はSNSでお知らせします。
（Please check the sales date and time. Basically, I do not take orders. If I do take orders as an exception, I will notify you on SNS.）

●在庫について
→ご覧頂いている際に残っている在庫数が全てです。
（What is in stock at the time of browsing is all that is available for purchase at that time.）

●梱包発送について
→ 作品は台紙＋透明袋に入れ、エアクッション付きの封筒に入れて5日〜7日以内に発送します。
（The work will be shipped in a base paper + clear bag and in an envelope with air cushion.
Ships within 5 to 7 days.）

●配送について
→住所間違いや配送中のトラブルについては、こちらでは一切の責任を負いませんので予めご了承ください。
（Please note that I’m not responsible for any problems caused by incorrect addresses or during delivery.）

●お問い合わせへの返信について
→恐れ入りますが、こちらのページにすでに記載している事柄への返信はしておりません。
（I do not reply to such questions because I receive many similar questions related to the above on a daily basis and cannot respond to all of them one by one.）
